I'm a sophomore in high school and I'm starting to layout early plans for college. My main goal is to become a professional chef. I've always loved being in the kitchen and preparing food for people. I love to watch how the chefs run a kitchen at a restaurant, and how a restaurant operates. But see, I love making music almost just as much. . Im always listening to or improvising/composing music. Band at school has always been my favorite part of the day. I'm afraid that I won't have time to spend with music if I'm shut up in a kitchen all day long. I want to take both of these arts to a higher level (primarily culinary), but do you think its possible?
